LilTone supports most phone models for mobile networks such as AT&T/Cingular, T-Mobile, Verizon Wirless, Sprint, Alltel, Boost Mobile, Cellular One, Dobson, Helio, Telecom, Virgin Mobile, and Vodafone. In general, you would need to do the following after you create and request for ringtone download on your My LilTone page:

• Open your Text Message from alert@liltone.com . Usually LilTone ringtones are delivered as a text message instantly, though during text-messaging peack hours, the messaging delivery could be delayed. Please allow at least 30 minutes wait time before re-request the same ringtone download.
• Find an option to access LilTone download link: ex. http://www.liltone.com/ringtone0001. Each phone model and carrier is a little bit different, you would need to find some option such as “Options”, then “Save Address”, Extract Address, User Info, Connect to URL, “Go To”, “User Detail”, “Web Address”, “Menu – Details”, “Save As Ringtone”, etc.
• Download and Save the free download as music ringtone or Caller Ringer ID.
